In the experiments were used rainbow trout which have average length of 5.86 ± 0.04 cm and weights 2.09 ± 0.05 g. The test fish were exposed to following concentrations of copper (0.0778, 0.1296, 0.216, 0.36, 0.60, 1.00, 1.667, 2.778, 4.63, 7.717 and 12.862 mg/L) for 24-96 hours. In preparation of test solutions copper sulphate and artesian water which has temperature 13.2° C, hardness 360 mg/LCaCO and 6.03 mg/L DO. Test fish were placed in plastic containers to replications experimental groups as hourly and 3 daily morphological observations were made and recorded time of death in acute toxicity test. In copper-acute toxicity test were used oxygen assisted static bioassay method for 24-96 hour intervals. Data obtained from the copper acute toxicity tests were evaluated using the Probit Analysis to LC50 and LT50. LC50 copper concentrations values were ranged between 1.054 mg/L were observed.1.837-1.054 mg/Lfor 96-hour, LC value 1.054 mg/Lfor rainbow trout for 96-hour. The longer the duration of 50 copper showed a decrease in the value of LC . LC value of the application factor is applied (1.054x0.1) to smelt copper 50 50 +2 maximum acceptable concentration (safe concentration), 0.1054 mg/LCu , respectively. Lethal concentration, depending on the time interval is 1 hour and 25 minutes to 65 hours 31 minutes LT values ranged and decreases the concentration of copper 50 have been found. During the experiment, the surface concentrations of fish depending on the movements of assembly and also the opposite effect and side swims away from a fast-moving, uncontrolled swimming, to escape out of the water movement, perpendicular to the water, swimming, breathing movements are observed approaching the surface of the water. As a result, in the light of other fish rainbow trout were found to be more durable than many fish. Keywords : Acute toxicity, Oncorhynchus mykiss, rainbow trout, copper, LC , Lt
