Female Oreochromis niloticus and male Oreochromis aureus were crossed between the age 1 and 3, and weight 100 g and 240 g. Comparative analysis of age and size of broodstock revealed in different groups with young and old female broodstocks. In this experiment, four different groups were established; old and large size females (G1), old and small size females (G2), young and large size females (G3) and young and small size females (G4). The stocking rate was 3 females and 2 males in each tank for hybridization. It is generally admitted that in old and large size females we have almost 1071 hybrid fish individual and on the other hand in young and small size females have produced 708 fry fish hybrid. As a result, in this study positive correlation were found between the size of the broodstock fish and the number of fry, however this positive correlation wasn't evaluated as important to deal.
