DOI : 10.17693/yunusae.v2014i21953.235720 Viewed : 3206 - Downloaded : 1546 Elazığ province has been drawing attention with the number of facilities at aquaculture production and capacity increase in recent years. According to TUİK data, production is announced to have increase from 5.500 tons/year in 2009 to 8.010 tons/year in 2010. According to the data of Elazığ Provincial Directorate of Food, Agriculture and Livestock`s 2011 september`s production capacity reached 22.385 tons/year. İn the previous years, significant developments have been dicovered in Aquaculture systems. Modern and advanced techonologies have been used especially in medium and large sized enterprises in our country. In this study, the usage of mechanization in aquaculture enterprises in Elazığ where there has been a rapid increase in production has been examined.
