A total of 349 individuals (222 male, 127 female) of Capoeta trutta (Heckel, 1843) investigated in study, samples was determined which ranged between I-XII age groups and male/female ratio was determined to be 0.57. Total length values ranged from 17.2 to 41.1 cm for males, from 21.4 to 43.1 cm for females; weight values ranged from 48.0 to 612.0 g for males, from 86.0-747.0 g for females; condition factor values ranged from 0.651 to 1.297 for males and from 0.627 to 1.433 for females. However, length-weight relationship equation was determined as W= 0.0096TL^{2.9856 (R2 = 0.93) for males, W= 0.0052TL3.1644 (R2 = 0.93) females and W= 0.0082TL3.0327 (R2=0.94) for all population. The VBBD parameters were found L? = 49.58, K= 0.09, t₀= -4.00, W∞ = 1109.06 and natural mortality rate (M) 0.236 for all population.} Keywords : Uzunçayır Dam Lake, Capoeta trutta, age, growth, natural mortality rate
