The total production capacity of trout fish farms located in Karkamıs Dam Lake has been reached to 16.012 tones/year as of 20 February 2015 with financial support of Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock. In recent years, large-capacity fish farms have been established in our country and variety of machines are used in these farms. In this study, fish farms which have a significant production capacity in terms of mechanisation were examined and technical tools and equipment were classified.
