DOI : 10.17693/yunusae.v17i26557.284938 Viewed : 2969 - Downloaded : 2452 In this study the length-weight relationships (LWRs) and length-length relationships (LLRs) were determined of chub (Squalius cephalus L., 1758) captured in the 15 different station of Karasu River. A total of 254 specimens were catched by electroshocker, gill nets, trammel nets between October 2014 to September 2015. The length-weight relationships were determined W=0.0069L3.19(R2=0.97) for females, W=0.0061L3.26 (R2=0.98) for males and W=0.0063L3.24 (R2=0.98) for all individuals. The types of growth for all individuals were positive allometric for S. cephalus. Length-length relationships (LLRs) were determined as TL=0.2423+1.0441FL; FL=0.0398+1.0957SL and SL=-0.2213+0.8694TL.
